Click-tv Conditions Referral Program

When you are a Click-TV member (You) and are taking part in our referral program these are the terms that apply.
Our referral program allows you to earn free use of the infrastructure by referring friends to Click-TV.

Please note that anything that is not defined here in this document will have the same meaning given to them in our Click-TV Terms of Service.

1 -How to earn a referral reward.

As a member, you can earn extra free access time if:
a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Click-TV membership that complies with our Terms of Service; or
the referred friend completes a membership purchase.

2 -Members with a free membership that refer will be credited with:
1 month for free for each referred friend who signs up for a paid membership with a minimum of three months.

3 -Members with a paid membership that refer will be credited with:
1 week of access for free for each referred friend who signs up for a paid membership with a minimum of three months. This offer is limited to a maximum of 4 weeks for free per membership subscription year.

4 -Redeeming Free Time.

Credits are coupons that are issued to you for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash and must be redeemed within one year. You may not create multiple Click-TV Accounts to earn more credits and you can not combine credits from different accounts. Please contact us if you think there is something wrong with your credit balance. We may need you to provide us with additional information to investigate your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Click-TV’s sole discretion.

5 -Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. You should not publish or distribute to groups of people that are not largely your friends.

6- Referred Friends

Referred friends that have signed up using your referral link will also receive a confirmation.

7 -Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If any of your friends receive referral links from multiple Click-TV members understand that you will only receive the credit or free time if your friend signs up using your link.

8 -Termination and Changes

Click-TV may suspend or terminate the referral program or a members ability to participate at any time for any reason. We may review and investigate referral activities and if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our terms we will suspend the account and remove its credits.

9 -Changes

We can update these terms at any time without telling you in advance. If we make modifications we will post these on the Click-TV.com website and send a notification inside the apps. You automatically agree with any changes we make by continuing to use the referral program.
